Appointment Policy

At Valor Accounting Solutions, we value the time and commitment of every client we serve. To ensure that each client receives dedicated, uninterrupted, and personalized service, we have implemented the following appointment policy:

• Cancellation Notice: All appointment cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment will be marked as a no-show and will incur the $50 cancellation fee.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, as a firm committed to providing focused one-on-one attention to each client, missed or late appointments impact our ability to serve others and affect overall productivity and revenue.
